How do I have confidence in the gym with so many people?
The simple answer is comfort and familiarity. My at-home programs are designed to help you feel confident wherever you are, with detailed pictures showing what each exercise looks like both with and without equipment — along with explanations for when and why equipment can be added.
What do they mean my metabolism is slow?
Metabolism is often less about being “slow” and more about understanding the habits and signals your body responds to. I help you build awareness around your relationship with food, sleep, movement, recovery, and performance — so you can better understand what your body needs and why.
Can you show me what to do?
Yes. My goal is to help you tailor your journey in a way that fits you, while showing you what to do and how to execute it with confidence. One way we do this is by personally answering emails for free — offering accountability, guidance, and customization as you work toward becoming your most capable self.
So are you a personal trainer?
Yes. But beyond training, I’ve always been interested in what it truly takes for a person to change their life. Real change often starts with changing habits, patterns, and the way we honestly look at ourselves. My goal is to help create a space where people can be vulnerable enough to grow without hiding from who they are.
Can you help me with my pain?
Yes. Pain is often more complex than the body alone, which is why understanding movement, reactions, habits, and recovery matters. Along with exercises, I help provide guidance, perspective, and practical steps toward building a stronger, healthier version of yourself that is prepared to face old habits, old memories, and the patterns that may revisit along the way.
